And she stands upon the opening of her heart prepared to be embraced by it's tender song

And she is soothed by all it tells her, content in it's dreaming

Listening with cup overflowing

"Moon Wisdom"

It is like a cool wind felt for the very first time
whispering to me in the still night

Mysterious starlit night heavy with the
the wonder of time

A thousand dreams before me
merging in the feeling of this ONE moment

And I lay my eyes to discover the vastness
of it ALL

Contrasting memories of both dark and light
flickering like the stars above me

Dipping down to greet me, washing me in moonlight

"The Passing of Time"

The silent passing of time....
Without you I AM ever present and clear

I have no need for your despair or pain
no, separation of will

For my mind exists in the eternal now -
one motion without end

Dancing in the melody of love's true song

And without words that carry you
my load has been lighter

And my heart speaks with eyes wide open.....

"Life of a Poet"

Words they cleanse me
free me
to be....linen white
to see
with new sight

Words ignite me
I take a ride
and blast through the fires
deep inside

Only to be quiet....and drown
in the stillness all around
slowwwww, motion cause
and effect shards of glass all around

Reflecting sunlight through crisp morning air
stepping gently with spaces to spare

For the Words that cleanse me
free me
to be....linen white
to see
with new sight.....tonight

"Duality"

If my lie is your truth and your truth my lie
then forever will we divide

For I stand clearly defined a vessel of the
the Ego's crime.

With sword drawn I call out your truth
with the subtle bladed lie

For whence you claimed was yours
might actually be mine

So gather up your fire and test my
inner spring

And I will be grateful for the rain that it brings.

"My Dearest Divine"

I once held you high
and looked into your smile

Then you slipped through my fingers
like a crimson rain

And my feet became frozen in the still night
eight feet under the earth's tender pain

And I grew to love her with all her rivers of tears
I grew to love her joy's majesty and her towers of fears

And when I see a blue moon I remember your smile inside me
though not as bright

For my sweet earth has named me
and I am hers tonight.

But in the morning, my dearest divine, please wake me with your smile
and I'll share with you mine.
